Turtle Brownie Ice Cream Dessert Recipe

 1 box fudge brownie mix (for 9 x13 pan)
 1/4 cup water; 2/3 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs
 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
 2 quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
 ½ tub Jimmy’s Caramel Dip, slightly warmed
 ½ cup fudge topping, slightly warmed
 1 cup Cool Whip, optional

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9” x 13” pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Stir in ½ cup pecans then spread in pan.

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until center is set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.

Slice softened ice cream and place evenly over brownies. Smooth with a spatula. Freeze uncovered until firm, about 3 hours.

To serve, drizzle warm Jimmy’s Caramel Dip and warm hot fudge topping over dessert. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Cut and serve. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
