Peanutbutter Asian Slaw Recipe

 1 pkg pre-shredded coleslaw
 3 green onions, chopped
 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
 1 red bell peppers, chopped
 1/2 cup peapods, chopped
 1/2 jar Jimmy’s Cole Slaw Dressing
 2-3 Tbsp. peanut butter
 (creamy or crunchy)
 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
 1/2 Tbsp. ground dry ginger
 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

In a medium bowl, whisk together Jimmy's Cole Slaw dressing with peanut butter, soy sauce, dried ginger and garlic powder.

In a large bowl, mix coleslaw, red pepper, peapods,cilantro and green onions. Toss with dressing just before serving.
