Egg Salad Recipe

 8 eggs, hard boiled, shelled and chopped
 1 cup Jimmy’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
 3 scallions, chopped
 1/3 cup celery
 ¾ tsp. dry mustard
 Salt and pepper to taste
 4 whole wheat buns
 4 leaves of romaine
 1 large tomato, sliced into 4 pieces

Peel and chop hard boiled eggs. Toss with Jimmy’s Creamy Ranch Dressing. Add scallions, celery, dry mustard, salt and pepper to taste and mix.

Top each whole wheat bun with egg salad, romaine lettuce and tomato. Garnish with a handful of sugar snap peas on the side
