Caramel Cookie Brownie Recipe Made With Jimmy'S Caramel Dip

 1 Package Fudge Brownies
 1 tub Jimmy's Caramel Dip
 2 c Chocolate Chips
Cookie Ingredients
 3/4 c White Flour
 3/4 Cup Old fashioned Oats
 1/2 c brown sugar
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 7 tbsp butter
 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.

2

In a large bowl, prepare the brownies according to package instructions. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

3

When the brownies are done (they shouldn't be cooked all the way - take them out right at 20 minutes), pour the chocolate chips evenly over the brownies.

4

Pour the Jimmy's Caramel Dip over the chocolate chips.

5

In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.

6

Melt the butter and add it to the mixture along with the vanilla. Stir until a good crumble is formed.

7

Crumble the cookie mixture evenly over the Jimmy's Caramel Dip and bake for another 13-16 minutes or until golden brown on top.

8

Remove and allow to cool for 1 hour or until you are able to cut clean bars.
