
Boil spaghetti according to package directions al dente, drain and rinse with cold water
In a large bowl add drained spaghetti, broccoli slaw, carrots, red pepper, peapods, cilantro, onion
Mix together and set aside
In a medium mixing bowl add jar of Jimmy’s Cole Slaw Dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder.
Mix until combine and pour over spaghetti and vegetables in larger bowl
Mix until coated
Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate until cold
Serve with chopped peanuts as a garnish
